# Introduction

Driven by the increased popularity of the Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) in Crypto, DePIN Finance aims to grant investors the opportunity to gain on-chain exposure to real world assets, by providing GPU, CPU and Nodes renting solutions.\
\
Prioritizing both ease-of-use and width of offering, our platform presents users with a wide variety of configurations to pick from, aiming to become the one-stop-shop for all DePIN services.\
\
This whitepaper sets out an overview of the aspects of our platform, including options, a guide on how to start renting or lending, and our unique revenue sharing model. Moreover, the second chapter details our native $DEPIN currency, which enables holders to participate in revenue sharing, effectively becoming a fractional owner in our project.\
\
:arrow\_forward: ***Whitepaper Disclaimer:** This Whitepaper is subject to continuous updates as new functionalities, upgrades and other updates are incorporated in the platform. Please refer to the official DePIN Finance X account for the latest updates.* \
\
:arrow\_forward: ***$DEPIN Disclaimer:** Investing in cryptocurrencies is risky. Returns are not guaranteed and investors can lose their money. Invest only what you can afford to lose.*
