# Revenue Sharing

All revenue generated by offered products, as detailed in the previous sub-chapter of this whitepaper, is transfered to holders of $DEPIN through a revenue sharing program.\
\
Holders of our token earn the right to receive revenue generated by product sales. There are no claiming requirements - simply hold $DEPIN and receive periodic rewards in ETH. These rewards are paid out weekly (although frequency depends on volume in that respective week) at an undisclosed time and day to prevent revenue share being farmed.\
\
\&#xNAN;*Initially, the holding requirements to participate in revenue sharing is 0.5%. There is a threshold to prevent txn fees to ramp up for wallets holding small amounts of the $DEPIN token. This threshold is continuously reviewed and can be updated where the team sees fit and appropriate as the Market Cap increases.*
