# Holder Benefits

To ensure holders have sufficient reasons to hold the $DEPIN token, we grant holders the opportunity to share in the revenue generated by our product sales. Moreover, there will be other benefits in holding our token. The primary reasons to hold $DEPIN are specified below.\

As described in a previous chapter of this whitepaper, holders of a certain threshold earn the right for **all** revenues generated by our product sells. This revenue sharing program creates a strong incentive to buy and hold our token.\
\

Besides the revenue sharing program, holders of our token get the possibility to buy any product on our platform for a discount, creating another incentive to hold our token. The minimum holding requirement for this is 0.1% of supply.\
\

As our project grows, we will add more products and elements to our platform. To ensure safety of all products offered, any new functionalities will first be released in Beta form. Holders of our token are the only users that will gain access to this Beta testing, granting them with a unique way to gain 'alpha' around the DePIN Finance project.\

The last benefit for holders are the opportunity to engage in Giveaways, Contests and other Community Incentives. To participate in any of these events and be eligible for handouts, airdrops and other prizes, one must be a $DEPIN holder.
